FAQ's - Racing
What Kind of racing do you have?
We have 3 race simulators that consist of a life size screen, a moving chair, surround sound, and high definition software that simulates many kinds of cars and tracks.
What is the purpose of the moving seat?
It generates g-forces as you turn, brake or accelerate. This adds greatly to the realistic feel of the experience.
What kind of cars do you have?
We have Stock cars (including Nascar), formula cars (including F1), street cars (including modified), and Sports racers of several types.
What kinds of tracks do you have?
We have a selection of well known race tracks throughout the World. There is a selection of oval tracks (including short tracks), road race tracks, street courses, and rally tracks.
Can we compete head to head?
Yes. Up to 3 players can race each other and interact during the race. You can race Artificial Intelligence cars instead of or in addition to head to head races. For an elimination tournament, 9 players or more is ideal.
Is this for kids?
This is a serious simulation of race cars and street cars. If a kid is big enough to reach the pedals and is ready for a learning experience, it is ideal. Younger kids who enjoy crashing cars into each other and into the wall, would probably not have the patience to do well in a real race.
What is the cost of racing?
We have 3 racing simulators that you can rent by the hour ($30 per hour) to race against your friends or just to practice your favorite track or car type.
What uses do you have for these simulators?
The following is typical uses;
- Serious racers who want to brush up on their skills
- Racers who want to see what it is like to race other cars/series
- People who wonder if they have the skills for going racing
- Race fans who want to drive the same tracks as their heroes
